PICCOLO EDIFICIO A SCANDICCI
Il progetto consiste nel riutilizzo ai fini abitativi di un immobile ad uso artigianale. L’attuale edificio inserito in un contesto di tipo residenziale bene si presta ad una trasformazione. Malgrado le piccole dimensioni, articolando gli spazi interni, l’immobile acquista dignità di abitazione. Al piano terra è stata prevista la zona giorno ai primo piano la zona notte e uno spazioso balcone che grazie al suo aggetto realizza di fatto una verandina al pino terra.
SMALL BUILDING IN SCANDICCI (HOUSE 2)
The design consists of re-using for housing purposes a structure formerly used for an artisanal activity. The current building, set in a residential area, is well suited for conversion. Despite the small size, the interior divisions make the structure into a respectable dwelling. On the ground floor, there will be the living room and kitchen with the bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor as well as a spacious balcony that, thanks to the overhang, will create a small veranda on the ground floor.
