STUDENTATO Via Maragliano
Il grande immobile realizzato a Firenze si dispone su sei piani fuori terra e due piani interrati. Nei due piani interrati sono stati realizzati circa 370 fra box e posti auto e una grande palestra. Al piano terra sono collocati locali a servizio della comunità: un consultorio, uffici del quartiere, sale studio per studenti, una grande caffetteria e la piazza libera su tre lati. Ai piani superiori circa 130 appartamenti di varia metratura sono destinati ad alloggi per studenti. L’edificio e la piazza occupano un intero isolato di circa novanta metri di lato, al loro posto sorgeva un vecchio complesso artigianale che è stato completamente demolito per far posto al nuovo intervento.

STUDENT’S RESIDENCE HALL
The large building constructed in Florence has six floors above ground and two floors underground. There is garage and parking space for about 370 cars and a large gym on the two underground floors. On the ground floor, there are premises used for the community’s services: a clinic, neighborhood administrative offices, study rooms for students, a large cafeteria and a square open on three sides. On the upper floors, there are about 130 apartments of various sizes intended for student housing. The building and the square take up an entire block that is about ninety meters per side; formerly there used to be an old artisanal complex that was completely demolished to make way for the new construction.
